This full-time, remote position offers an opportunity to support English Language Learners throughout Tennessee during the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and interactive virtual instruction tailored to the unique needs of ELL students. • Manage a small caseload to ensure each student receives personalized attention and support. • Collaborate with a committed team to design and implement enriching learning experiences for students. Required Skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to create effective and engaging online learning environments. • Flexibility in adapting to the diverse learning requirements of ELL students. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • An active teaching license in Tennessee, accompanied by a PK-12 ESL Certification. • Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred; however, we welcome applications from new educators eager to make a difference.
