The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT projects in a client-facing role, as well as Business Analyst expertise and experience. This role requires a combination of project management expertise and business analysis skills to drive projects from inception to completion. What You'll Do : + Manage and oversee IT technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. + Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical team members to gather and document business requirements. + Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. + Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and project stakeholders. + Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. + Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. + Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. + Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards. + Provide technical assistance in project concept and charter development. + Maintain project documentation. What You Need: + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Business Analyst. + Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Excellent facilitation skills. + Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Proficiency in project management software and tools. + Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools.
