Key Responsibilities Manage inbound communications with a warm and professional demeanor. Provide accurate information regarding various loan products, their terms, and application procedures. Assist clients throughout the loan application journey by explaining the required documentation and subsequent steps. Resolve any issues or concerns that clients may encounter with their loan accounts, payments, or transactions. Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries to enhance their overall experience. Document client interactions meticulously in our CRM system for accurate reference and follow-up. Collaborate with loan officers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and address complex issues as needed. Continuously maintain knowledge of our loan products, policies, and relevant industry regulations. Adhere to compliance standards in all interactions to uphold company integrity. Required Skills Proven customer service experience of 1-2 years, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial sectors. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex loan terms clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems. Excellent problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client concerns efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail in documenting inquiries and interactions. A customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial aspirations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Familiarity with various loan products (e.g., home loans, personal loans) is advantageous. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
