Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner. Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes... and scheduling. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry. Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude. Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a calm demeanor. Proficiency in CRM software and experience with customer support tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of scheduling and CRM software Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish preferred).
