Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative: • Implement advanced negotiation and relationship-building tactics to directly engage with consumers, optimizing sales outcomes. • Serve as the primary point of contact, representing Verizon’s brand and image in the local area • Provide customers with comprehensive information about our clients' products and services, offering effective solutions for both current and anticipated service-related challenges. • Work in partnership with other Ambassadors to drive sales success • Attend daily marketing and sales strategy meetings for our partners alongside fellow team members to assist in raising brand awareness throughout a given territory Required experience and qualities for a Customer Service Representative: • High school diploma or equivalent • No prior experience is required; however some experience in a customer facing role is preferred • Self-starting attitude and work ethic is sought after over natural aptitude • Confidence in your communication skills • Team player • Adaptable Please note the pay listed is the average weekly range for all entry level associates.
