Key Responsibilities • Design and execute innovative and engaging educational experiences aligned with our curriculum and standards. • Assist children in achieving developmental milestones while supporting their progress in observations and remote learning activities. • Create a secure and compassionate environment for children and their families. • Oversee activities to ensure the safety and well-being of all children under our supervision. • Maintain open communication with children, parents, and colleagues to effectively address individual needs. Required Skills • Familiarity with child development principles. • Understanding of early learning and developmental benchmarks. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Proficient in basic computer applications. • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Qualifications • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is preferred. • Background in working with children in a teaching or instructional role is advantageous, though not mandatory. • Experience in early childhood education and childcare settings is valued. • Knowledge in curriculum and lesson planning is a plus. • Comfortable engaging with parents and guardians regarding child development and education. • Willingness to adapt and embrace a flexible schedule.
