This role involves operating and monitoring technical systems, following a playbook for active remote camera... surveillance system monitoring, and checking the health of systems based on a provided checklist. The ideal candidates will be tech-savvy, reliable, and able to work independently after training. Key Responsibilities: • System Monitoring: Operate and monitor technical systems using a predefined playbook for remote camera surveillance. • System Health Checks: Perform routine health checks of systems and report findings based on a provided checklist. • Technical Operations: Manage and respond to technical issues as they arise, ensuring systems remain operational. • Reporting: Document and report any discrepancies or issues identified during monitoring. Qualifications: • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of technical systems and operations. • Experience: Previous experience in a technical role is preferred but not required. • Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Reliability: Must have reliable internet and power to ensure consistent system monitoring. • Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and cover the required hours with the other team member.
