Experience • Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Proficient typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes. • Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is a plus. • Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous but not mandatory. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
