Part-time Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative (Work from home!)

One of our great partners is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! This individual must speak Spanish & English! This position will be fully work-from-home from New York State, Monday 11:30-6pm & Thursdays/Fridays 4-8pm... Training begins on Monday, October 28 and is Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:30pm (full time hours) for the first two weeks of the position prior to the permanent part-time schedule taking effect. What You'll Do • Provide phone assistance regarding scheduling, addresses, and other details • Answer a high volume of calls every shift • Understand offerings, policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to customers • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward a diversity of customers • Perform accurate digital record-keeping What You Bring • Fluency in Spanish & English with speaking, writing, and reading • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship • New York State Residency • Ability to clear a background check • Reliable/stable home internet connection • 1-2 professional references Job Type: Part-time Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 14.5 per week Benefits: • On-the-job training • Work from home Shift: • 4 hour shift • 8 hour shift Application Question(s): • Are you able to fulfill the full-time 9:30am-4:30pm training schedule for the first 2 weeks of employment prior to transitioning to the part-time schedule?
