Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant (Onsite Only / No Relocation)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will... possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer needs and provide information. • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain client records. • Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall satisfaction. • Create invoices in QuickBooks. • Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients in both English and Spanish (if bilingual). • Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve processes and services. Experience • Previous experience in customer service, office, or call center environments is preferred. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in data entry and office software applications. • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly desirable for effective client interaction. • A background in client services is a plus but not required. • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Full-time and Part-time positions are available. Direct deposit paid weekly, up to $24-$26 an hour depending on experience.
