- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.
- HR Metrics: Analyze HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, make data-driven decisions, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
