Resolve issues or concerns related to clients loan accounts, payments, and transactions efficiently. Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels. Accurately document client interactions and resolutions within our CRM system. Collaborate with loan officers and team members to deliver seamless service and escalate complex issues as necessary. Stay informed about the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations to provide optimal client service. Adhere to compliance standards during all client interactions. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to clarify complex loan terms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems. Effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns promptly. Detail-oriented approach to managing and recording client inquiries and interactions. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for facilitating clients financial aspirations. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within loan services, banking, or financial sectors.
