Position Summary: This external facing role requires an individual who is analytical, curious, and loves telling stories with data. You are a trusted partner to channel partners and will work... cross-functionally with our partners, customers, and internal teams in the development of engagements ranging from population design to real-world data and insight delivery. Duties and Responsibilities: • Understand Real-World Data Needs: Comprehend data requirements of Life Sciences customers that involve complex biological and medical contexts. • Align Capabilities with Customer Needs: Align Diaceutics’ capabilities to customer needs driving organic account growth. • Operational Rigor: Development and maintenance of robust operational process to ensure proper tracking and review of multiple concurrent deal opportunities • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze and interpret data from various real-world data sources, drawing meaningful conclusions for customers. • Sellers Mentality: Work closely with the internal sales and accounts teams to create compelling proposals that increase Diaceutics win rate. • Translate Data Needs: Act as the first face of Diaceutics of potential customers, translating real-world data and use for internal teams.. Key Attributes Required: • Knowledge: Real-world data caveats, challenges, and its uses in Life Sciences industry • Specialist Skills: Scoping populations with real-world data and applying analytics and rules to answer Life Sciences’ customer business questions. • People Skills: Required to navigate both internal and external matrix organizations. • Customer Service: External facing, commercially minded candidates to achieve customer delight, ensure quality engagements, and to generate repeat business. • Decision Making: Ability to leverage internal tools and industry knowledge to meet partner needs while being good stewards of Diaceutics’ resources. • Initiative and Independence: Self-starter required. Applicants must anticipate customer needs, see the big picture, and attempt new and innovative ways to engage partners. Knowledge and Specialist Skills: • Education – bachelor's degree in a science or math-related field; MBA (Masters Business Administrator) or advanced degree preferred. • Experience – minimum 5-7 years experience in commercial/business development/ Strategic partnerships / Stratagey operations roles, preferably within a company providing healthcare data and/or analytics. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building solid customer relationships. • - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • -Strong understanding of US healthcare ecosystem and understanding of genomic data Life at Diaceutics: We are a multi-cultural, diverse team spanning 13 countries around the world.
