Virtual Call Center Representative (Employee Benefits)

What You’ll Do: As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring employee satisfaction by: • Responding to employee inquiries by phone and email regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and enrollment issues. • Providing clear and friendly explanations of benefits, particularly to employees who are new to the U.S. • Processing changes in our online enrollment system. • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all interactions. • Communicating with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: • Working Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. • Environment: Work from home in a virtual call center setting. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer care environment. • Ability to stay calm and professional in all situations. • Experience handling a high volume of phone calls. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively. • Proficient in Excel, MS Teams, and other web-based applications. Training & Development: You’ll receive personalized training on various benefit plans and ongoing mentorship from a dedicated benefits desk champion. In team meetings, you’ll review calls to ensure continuous improvement. Compensation: • Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour, with room for growth based on experience. Virtual Office Requirements: • Workspace: A quiet, dedicated space to maintain focus and separate work from home life is required. • Connectivity: Reliable high-speed internet is essential. • Equipment: Full-time employees receive a company-provided laptop and headset. Seasonal employees must bring their own device, but we will provide access to our virtual desktop environment.
