We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team either in Owensboro KY or remotely to create work orders, communicate with customers and dispatch service technicians. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in Jonas Software, great customer service demeanor experience in dispatching, plumbing/electrical service basics, and data entry. •... Responsibilities* - Coordinate and schedule service calls for plumbing, electrical and maintenance technicians - Utilize Jonas Software to create work orders, assign technicians, run reports, input data, and create invoices - Communicate with technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely services - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently • Experience* - Jonas Software including creating work orders, dispatching, record keeping and generating reports. - Prior experience in a plumbing, electrical or mechanical service business - Direct customer contact experience and great telephone communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,750.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance
