As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. • *Key Responsibilities:** -

Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information regarding products, services, order status, and company policies. -

Problem Solving:

Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction. -

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments (such as Sales, Support, and Product) to address customer needs and improve service offerings. -

Feedback Loop:

Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement of processes and systems. -

Training Participation:

Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques. -

Performance Monitoring:

Meet or exceed performance goals, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates. -

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat setting. -

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using live chat software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. -

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically. -

Reliability:

Demonstrated reliability in meeting work schedules and deadlines. -
