Role Description This is a part-time (up-to 20hrs a month) Cyber/IT Brand and Managing Lead (start-up). As a Brand and Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and enhancing our brand presence in the cybersecurity training sector. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that leverage SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising to attract and engage potential students and partners. Your creativity and analytical skills will be essential in crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: • SEO... Strategy: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website. • Google Analytics: Monitor and analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics to optimize user experience and conversion rates. • Paid Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness. • Content Creation: Produce engaging and informative content for our website, blog, and social media platforms that highlights our programs and success stories. • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, creating a consistent brand voice across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). • Partnership Outreach: Collaborate with the outreach team to engage potential partners for apprenticeships and internships, ensuring alignment with our brand values. • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the cybersecurity education sector, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly. • Event Promotion: Assist in promoting virtual and in-person events, workshops, and webinars aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting potential students. • Collaboration: Work closely with the training and mentorship teams to understand program details and effectively communicate them to the target audience. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising. • Good understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to analyse data and generate insights. • Good written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling. • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools is a plus. • A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment. • Passion for education and a desire to empower others in the cybersecurity field Apply Job!
