Remote Physical Therapist Position - California Are you seeking a new opportunity in teletherapy? VocoVision is collaborating with outstanding schools in California to find a Physical Therapist to join our team. Our dedicated professionals will support you throughout the process, helping you discover the job you’ve always wanted... Responsibilities: • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans. • Deliver direct and indirect physical therapy services, including therapeutic interventions and collaboration with educational teams. • Design and implement exercise programs, recommend adaptive equipment, and suggest environmental modifications to enhance students' physical development and participation in school activities. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans. • Monitor student progress, adjust intervention plans as needed, and document outcomes. • Stay updated on best practices and current research in physical therapy and education. Requirements: • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. • Current license to practice Physical Therapy in California. • Experience working as a Physical Therapist in a school or educational setting, preferably K-12. • Virtual physical therapy experience is preferred. • Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles, including motor development and orthopedic conditions. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment. • Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and teletherapy technology.
