Customer Service Representative (Non-US applicants only / Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline support for our clients, managing chat interactions and some calls via Google Meet. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience while maintaining our company's high standards of service. Key... Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer support via live chat and Google Meet (only when needed). • Effectively deescalate situations and manage customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions on our cybersecurity products and services. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary. • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and feedback from customer interactions. • Contribute with SOP and training creation. Schedule: Office hours, US-EST time. Compensation: $1000-$1300 USD/month Qualifications: • English proficiency B2-C1 • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech or cybersecurity environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Proven experience in de-escalating challenging situations and providing effective solutions. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Requirements for Remote Positions: • High-speed and reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication and productivity • Functioning computer capable of running necessary applications without issues. • Quality headset for clear audio during calls and meetings. • Backup battery or contingency plan in case of a power outage to maintain work continuity.
