Remote Sr Developers for Loan IQ | WFH

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loan IQ Developer to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities • Spearhead development initiatives on the Loan IQ platform for critical strategic projects and user-requested enhancements. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, facilitate user demonstrations, and refine the development lifecycle. • Design and implement efficient, reusable, and testable modules and components. • Utilize an in-depth understanding of platforms, databases, APIs, caching layers, proxies, and other associated web services. • Apply your hands-on development and DevOps expertise to create impactful client/server, multi-tier, and web-based applications. Required Skills • In-depth knowledge of Finastra Loan IQ, including experience in product implementations, upgrades, and migrations. • Proven ability in managing migration project models and execution frameworks. • Strong proficiency in Loan IQ's data model and components. • Advanced skills in SQL and PL/SQL for effective data extraction. • Expertise in Core Java, REST services, Spring Boot, and familiarity with proprietary frameworks. • Leadership experience in managing development or migration teams, comprising five or more members. • Understanding of Agile development practices. • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, accruals, and payments. • Experience with Loan IQ scripted APIs, the Loan IQ Batch framework, and remote operations. • Familiarity with operating systems such as RHEL and Windows. • Skills in configuring and setting up Event Manager. • Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, Tibco, IBM MQ, or similar technologies. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. • A Master’s degree or MBA is considered an asset.
