The Opportunity Remote Account Manager opportunity with the main focus of growing the Glucerna brand and the sales through Business Delivery at Costco. What You’ll Work On • Foster strong customer relations with Buyer, Assistant Buyer, and ICS. • Deliver Net Sales growth and share objectives. • Effectively negotiate trade deals to drive profitable business and positive ROI. Manage Trade Budget, Rate and Drive Net Sales Realization. • Responsible for managing accurate sales and shipment forecast. • Develop and leverage a thorough knowledge of the customer, industry, and competitive landscape. • Own customer meetings and create the tactical plans to deliver Costco and Abbott’s key objectives. • Develop and deliver team strategies, objectives, goals, and key performance metrics. • Actively lead, engage, and work with internal Abbott Nutrition functions, peers & colleagues to drive business results. • Core competencies needed for the Sr. National Account Manager include the ability to adapt, initiative, the ability to innovate, display a high level of integrity and to effectively work closely with the extended team. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree • 2-3 years direct sales experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry to Costco • Strong record of exceeding sales growth and share objective • Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to analyze data/market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations, and forecast performance • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Circana • Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
