Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause of the problem. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Manage and update customer accounts. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Escalate unresolved issues to higher tiers when necessary. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
