Director of Home Health Care & Wound Care Division (Remote, Long Island, NY-based)

Our flagship membrane wrap is used for treating diabetic foot ulcers and chronic wounds. We are expanding our services to include mobile wound care, alongside home health care, across Long Island, NY. Position Overview: We are looking for a Director of Home Health Care & Mobile Wound Care with executive-level relationships in the home health care industry. While we prefer candidates based in or near Long Island, NY, this is not required for those with strong industry experience. The Director will work closely with home health agencies and facilities to develop partnerships, working alongside our in-house physician to deliver mobile and home-based wound care services. The role is part-time, with potential to transition to full-time. Key Responsibilities: • Business Development: Leverage existing relationships to build partnerships with home health care agencies and facilities, promoting ProMed’s mobile wound care services. • Collaboration: Partner with our local physician and mobile wound care team to deliver comprehensive wound care solutions to patients at home or in facilities. • Sales & Strategy: Use your executive connections to drive new business opportunities, focusing on integrating mobile wound care into home health care networks. • Leadership: Spearhead the growth of this division, transitioning from part-time to full-time as demand increases. • Compliance: Ensure that all services comply with Medicare and healthcare regulations. Qualifications: • Executive-level relationships within the home health care and mobile care sectors, particularly in Long Island, NY (preferred but not required pending experience). • Proven track record in business development or leadership in home health care, mobile care, or wound care. • Strong networking skills with the ability to secure new partnerships and open doors. • Knowledge of advanced wound care solutions is a plus. • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.
