American Express is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. Responsibilities • Accurately input data into our database systems and software. • Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. • Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data as required. • Assist with data cleansing and validation to ensure data integrity. • Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies. • Adhere to company data entry protocols and guidelines. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience in data entry or similar role. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Educational Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required. • Post-secondary education in a related field is a plus but not mandatory. Experience • Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience is preferred. • Experience working remotely is an advantage.
