Whether it's a family trip, honeymoon, or group getaway, you'll sprinkle pixie dust on every itinerary you create. Responsibilities: • Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. • Consult with clients to understand their Disney vacation preferences, interests, and budgetary requirements. • Design personalized Disney vacation itineraries. • Provide expert advice and recommendations on Disney destinations, attractions, entertainment, and dining options. • Handle all aspects of trip planning, from booking reservations to managing logistics and coordinating special requests. • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire vacation planning process and during clients' trips. • Stay informed about Disney updates, promotions, and offerings to provide clients with the latest information and opportunities. Requirements: • Passion for Disney and extensive knowledge of Disney destinations, resorts, attractions, and experiences. • Extensive first hand travel experience is a must in your area of expertise. • Strong network and proven ability to generate leads and acquire new clients. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Detail-oriented mindset and organizational skills to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously. • Meticulous record keeping. • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently. • Willingness to stay updated on Disney news, promotions, and offerings.
