Inside Sales Representative - 100% Remote (anywhere in the US)

Fast Lane Consulting and Education Services is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Inside Sales Representatives at Fast Lane are responsible for responding to inbound inquires, making outbound sales calls, and closing moderate sales opportunities. Fast Lane sales hunters’ prospect for B2B opportunities and sell IT training and services. Inside Sales Reps must also work closely... with many internal team members including staff from Operations and Services, Account Executives, Clients Directors and Alliance Managers. This role will be 100% remote from anywhere in the United States. Responsibilities: • Locate new sales opportunities: • Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers. • Build and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions. • Sales process management: • Follow up on cold and warm leads. • Demonstrate Fast Lane training and consulting products and services. • Engage prospects and clients by leveraging knowledge of technologies such as cloud, data, security & AI, combined with knowledge of Fast Lane training and consulting services. • Drive engagements/meetings and support top-line revenue growth. • Partner with Fast Lane Strategic Account Managers and Alliance Managers team members, vendor field sellers and other technology product/service sellers to co-sell and acquire new customers to identify prospects and develop sales opportunities. • Leverage LinkedIn, Apollo, and other sales tools to organize and scale. • Engage prospects and customers at all levels that are interested in Fast Lane consulting, services, and training. • Work with prospects and customers that possess training credits from vendors or other sources to identify needs and apply credits. Performance Objectives: • Make outbound calls to prospects and clients. • Secure prospect and client meetings. • Close non-complex opportunities that result from inbound customer inquiries, prospecting related to vendor training credits, existing customer contracts. Required Sales Skills: • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients who may benefit from Fast Lane training and consulting service. • Hunter Mentality: Someone who can HUNT for new business, can develop relationships and sell simple training solutions. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the offerings and build rapport with clients. • Proven Track Record: Information that demonstrates a proven track record of sales. Industry Knowledge: • Ideal, but not required: Familiarity with the training and consulting industry. • Required: Awareness of key technologies and technology vendors at a high level. • Strong desired: High level understanding of the specific needs and challenges that clients may face: IE. Cloud migration, adoption of AI, reskilling, and upskilling. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Apollo IO • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. • Experience with Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, AWS, Google Cloud, etc. is a plus but not required. • Experience selling training solutions is a plus but not required. • Experience working in a professional role for a minimum of 5 years. • Experience in working in an inside sales role selling “services” for a minimum of three years. • Experience working in a sales role for a minimum of three to four years. Reporting Structure: Inside Sales Reps report to the Director of Marketing and Sales Enablement.
