Job Description

As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk at American Express, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data records. In this position, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing various datasets, ensuring that all information is handled confidentially and efficiently. Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve data-related issues. 5. Prepare and generate reports based on entered data for management review. 6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies. 7. Assist in training new team members on data entry processes and best practices. Requirements 1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus. 2. Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. 5. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 7. Familiarity with basic database management and reporting tools.
