Market - to - order Data Analyst - Remote - C2C

Duration: Until end of the year 2024 ( it may extend) Client is looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong skills in data analytics, mining, generation, and visualization. The ideal candidate will turn complex data into actionable, goal-oriented reports that promote process improvements and foster innovation. Primary Focus: The role will concentrate on data mining and analysis within the Market to Order processes, encompassing platforms such as e-Commerce, B2B, Salesforce, SAP, and Service Max. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Market to Order IT leads to understand reporting needs, KPIs, and critical metrics, delivering valuable insights for decision-making. Collect and analyze data from various Market to Order applications. Detect trends, patterns, and identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Analytics, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions. Oversee key reports related to the Global... Commercialization Organization (GCO) and Global Supply Chain (GSC). Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to improve data accessibility and usability. Investigate and implement best practices to optimize processes. Present comprehensive analysis and findings to management. Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a data analyst, with expertise in data mining, evaluation, and visualization. Strong proficiency in handling data across platforms like e-Commerce, Salesforce, SAP, and Service Max. Advanced Excel abilities, including vlookups, hlookups, formulas, and pivot tables. Proficiency in building reports using Power BI. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
