Flexible schedule... -Full Time -Part Time -1099 position, not for W-2 employees Most of our newly licensed professionals start off working part-time, prior to moving on to full-time. We work with many A-rated financial companies across the nation. The best part about this opportunity is its unlimited personal and financial growth. Experience: No financial experience is required before starting, as you will learn everything through our training program. However, if you have any of these skill sets or experience, it will help you move quickly in the company. - Interest in personal finance - Leadership skills - Highly motivated - Entrepreneurial mindset - Customer Service - Sales - Accounting/Software - Business Skills Description: - Develop Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for Clients - Place families, individuals, and business owners in a financial position of advantage for some of these following: - Protect assets/funds - Tax sheltered savings strategies - Build and leave a legacy - Index investment strategies - Debt management services - Estate planning with our legal team - Different types of life insurance - Final expenses Work details: - Part Time - 6-10 hours a Week, varies by the individual. You can increase hours as you choose. - Leads - We teach warm & cold market client acquisition strategies (We do not purchase leads) - Work remotely, utilizing Zoom and other platforms. - You are partnered with a Field Trainer who is an experienced professional and will help you throughout the beginning of training until youre ready to manage your business and effectively help people. This includes how to prospect clients and potential partners. - Three training sessions per week offered, as well as 1 on 1 training Multiple Methods of Compensation In Financial Services unlike traditional 9-5 jobs: -Performance driven compensation with no ceiling (helping one client may be $3,000 in compensation and helping another may be $10,000 or more) -Residual income (paid from work done last year, every year) Passive income (income from the agency) -Bonus income, paid travel, and more Mandatory Qualifications: - If you do not have a Life & Health Insurance License, you must be willing and able to study and pass a licensing exam in whichever state you reside. Most newly licensed professionals are able to complete their studying in a couple weeks. We will help you throughout this process. Since we are a full service investment firm, you have the option to acquire additional licensure (i.e. series 6, 63). Non-Negotiables: - Must pass a background check (No Felonies or misdemeanors) - MUST HAVE a Social Security Number - Must currently reside in the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada during the initial for the process.
