Entry-Level Help Desk Support (IT)

Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of Entry-Level Help Desk Support. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows desktops and iOS devices. - Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software. - Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. - Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Educate users on best practices for using company technology and software. - Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates and system backups. - Ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly and efficiently. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred. - Basic understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and iOS devices. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Customer service-oriented mindset. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Preferred Skills - Experience with help desk or technical support roles. - Familiarity with basic networking concepts. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications.
