A chat support agent is responsible for assisting customers with questions and resolving problems while upholding the Company’s brand standards including communication and conduct. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Contract length: No fixed term Rate: $35 per hour Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
