Need a Virtual Admin To Manage Short Term Rental Accounts (Airbnb)
I am looking for someone that can manage my Airbnb listings. Must Have Experience Working For Airbnb Company Not Experience As a Cohost. Need customer service experience, quick learner, self-starter, good judgment. You will be managing ask the day-to-day operations of customer inquiries, issue resolution, welcome emails, and upselling My expectations are: 1. Manage the listings on the... websites. 2. Interact with the guest before (provide important check-in details), during (see if they are comfortable and need anything), and post their stay (ask if they enjoyed their stay and ask for a review) 3. Research the market so that we price appropriately 4. Weekly research into events that are going on in the city so that we can update prices quickly 5. Coordinate with housekeepers to ensure housekeeping is done after each stay 6. Coordinate any repairs necessary with local vendors or warranty company 7.
