In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist with customer service-related tasks as needed
Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
