As a customer support specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Description: The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by resolving product or service issues; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve issues; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. This part-time position is perfect for those who enjoy problem-solving and have a passion for serving customers. The working hours will be during the evenings for under 4 hours per day.
