Requirements • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace. • Proficient in written and verbal English communication. • Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating online platforms. • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus. • Able to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions. • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. • Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding Amazon products and services. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the system.
