THE POSITION: As a Clean Up Specialist, you will be responsible for streamlining and creating efficient clean up processes and procedures. You will perform diagnostic reviews of clients' financial records to identify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in the data. Your attention to detail will be crucial in reconciling bank and credit card accounts and updating transactions to reflect accurate financial information. Type of Position Part-time (5 to 10 hours per week) • opportunity to grow to full... time Who They Report To: Account Manager/ Owner Perks of the Job: - Opportunity to work remotely - Flexible work hours - Competitive pay with Bonus Opportunities List of Job Responsibilities: - Streamline and create efficient clean up processes and procedures - Perform thorough diagnostic reviews of clients' financial records in Quickbooks Online - Reconcile bank and credit card accounts - Correct and update transactions to reflect accurate financial information - Securely Store necessary information and documentation related to each clean up client - Ensure a smooth transition from the clean up to the bookkeeping team - Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of bookkeeping procedures before handing off to bookkeeping team - Maintain client data and ensure compliance with necessary security measures - Provide regular status updates to the team and management on the progress of the clean up - Communicate updates with clients as you work through the clean up - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, accounting standards, and regulations - Document necessary SOPs (standard operating procedures) for all clean up processes - Handle multiple cleanup projects simultaneously - Create adjusting entries to the books as needed - Ensure all QuickBooks Online settings are turned on - Customize chart of accounts for clients that are specific to their needs - Prepare report after completion of cleanups to communicate with the bookkeeping team Secret Subject Line Please include "I'm excited for this opportunity!" in your application.
