Address customer inquiries regarding Apple products, services, and policies. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions. 3. Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience. 4. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Apple products and services. 5. Work in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. 2. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. 3. Proficiency with technology, especially Apple products. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office. 5. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 6.
