Job Summary:
Amazon Logistics is currently seeking a part-time, flexible Delivery Driver. As part of our dedicated team, you’ll be responsible for delivering packages and orders to our customers in a timely and professional manner. Your work hours will be under four hours daily, offering you a flexible schedule that accommodates your personal needs. Job Description:
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of Amazon Logistics, working independently to provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages directly to customers’ homes, retail locations, and other designated areas within set time frames. You will be expected to operate within Amazon Logistics guidelines and maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times.
Responsibilities:
– Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
– Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and customers are satisfied.
– Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
– Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
– Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
– Adjust the routes to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
Requirements:
– Valid professional drivers license
– Clean driving record with no traffic violations
– Ability to pass a background check and drug test
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Exceptional customer service skills
Educational Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior work experience as a delivery driver is a plus but not required, as paid training will be provided.
