Job Summary
24 Hour Fitness is looking for a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team part-time in Vacaville, California. The selected candidate will be paid at competitive rates and will enjoy benefits such as Health and Dental Insurance, Paid Training, and Paid Vacations. The hours for this role will be under 4 hours per part-time shift.
Job Description
The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for leading and facilitating fitness sessions, motivating and instructing group fitness classes, and providing an exceptional experience for our members.
Responsibilities
– Leading and instructing group fitness classes according to 24 Hour Fitness standards.
– Providing motivational support and guidance to members.
– Ensuring the safety of all participants in the class.
– Develop individual workout plans and routines.
– Keeping abreast of the latest fitness trends and techniques.
Requirements
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
– Must hold a current Fitness Certification from an approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSF, NSCA, etc.
– Must have a current CPR/AED certification.
– A minimum of 1-2 years of fitness instruction experience.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
