Job Description:
As an Uber Eats driver, you will be responsible for picking up food orders from various restaurants and delivering them to customers in a timely and professional manner. Your commitment to customer service and ability to manage delivery schedules will contribute to our mission and success.
Responsibilities:
Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers.
Manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Provide excellent customer service.
Respectfully handle customer queries and complaints.
Use the Uber Eats app to manage deliveries efficiently.
Maintain delivery vehicle and personal hygiene to ensure the safety of food orders.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and insurance.
Reliable vehicle.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Strong commitment to customer service.
Good knowledge of the local geography and routes.
Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs.
