Job Description:
Our Fitness Trainers are responsible for the design and implementation of personal fitness programs for our clients. You will conduct individual assessments to understand the client’s health status and fitness goals and create tailored programs to help them achieve these goals. Additionally, you will guide them through exercises, monitor their progress, and adjust their fitness programs as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments to establish client fitness and skill level
Develop personalized exercise programs for clients
Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun
Monitor client progress and adjust the program as needed
Teach and demonstrate the use of gym equipment
Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
Provide motivation and encouragement to clients
Ensure all fitness activities are carried out with understanding of the correct form and technique
Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer
CPR and AED certification
Proven experience as a fitness trainer or fitness instructor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients
Strong understanding of exercise techniques and body mechanics
Flexibility to work on weekends
Education Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field is a plus
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
