Job Description:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our hotel rooms and common areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

– Cleaning and sanitizing rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

– Changing bed linens and making beds

– Replenishing room supplies such as towels, toiletries, etc.

– Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards

– Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

– Adhering to hotel safety and security policies at all times

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent preferred

– Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required

– Ability to work efficiently without supervision

– Strong attention to detail

– Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and manage tasks requiring physical exertion

– Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members

– Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
