Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Your goal will be to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

– Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.

– Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.

– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements

– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or equivalent.

– Additional qualifications in customer service will be a plus.

Experience

– Previous customer support experience is advantageous but not necessary. Full training will be provided.
