XYZ Roadside Assistance Services is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key player in our Emergency Roadside Service department, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional support and solutions to motorists in need.

Job Description

Requirements

– High School Diploma or equivalent

– Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and professionalism

– Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

– Proficiency in computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software

– Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

– Answer incoming calls and emails regarding emergency roadside assistance

– Assess the situation and provide appropriate solutions, including dispatching tow trucks, locksmiths, or other necessary services

– Record and manage customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system

– Provide customers with updates and ensure timely resolution of their issues

– Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

– Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
