Job Description:
Data Solutions Inc. is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining data accuracy. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into our company databases and systems
- Verify and update data to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Generate reports and retrieve data as requested
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency across various projects
- Identify and correct data entry errors
