### Job Description:
As a Junior Flight Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. Duties include demonstrating safety procedures, serving refreshments, and providing personalized customer service to create a memorable flight experience.
### Responsibilities:
– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.
– Demonstrate safety and emergency procedures such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and exit doors.
– Offer exceptional customer service by promptly responding to passenger requests and managing in-flight services.
– Assist in the preparation and service of meals and beverages.
– Address any conflicts or passenger concerns that arise during flights.
– Help passengers disembark and offer guidance on airport facilities as required.
### Requirements:
– Minimum age of 18 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
– Ability to pass a background check and rigorous training program.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Must be able to work legally in the United States.
– Capable of physical tasks such as lifting luggage and standing for long periods.
– Comfortable working in varying flight conditions and flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
### Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
– Training in hospitality, communication, or tourism is preferred but not mandatory.
### Experience:
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly regarded though not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
