Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric Grocery Delivery Specialist to join our team at Shipt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking customer grocery orders on time, ensuring accuracy, and delivering them to our customers’ doorstep with a friendly demeanor. This is a part-time job that requires less than 4 hours per day, but we offer an attractive salary of $22 – $24 per hour, along with various benefits including health and dental insurance, paid training, and paid vacations.
Job Description:
As a Grocery Delivery Specialist, you will be a part of our dynamic team that is committed to providing top-notch service to our customers. You will shop for grocery orders using a digital grocery list and selecting the highest quality products while ensuring accuracy to meet our customers specific requirements. You will then deliver groceries to customer homes in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
– Shopping for customer’s grocery orders in a timely manner
– Ensuring the accuracy of each order
– Safely delivering groceries to customer’s homes
– Providing exceptional customer service
– Complying with all company procedures and standards
Requirements:
– Valid U.S. driver’s license and auto insurance
– Reliable vehicle (1997 or newer)
– Knowledge of produce selection
– Ability to lift 40 pounds
– Smartphone with a data plan
– 18 years or older
– High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:
Previous delivery experience is a plus but not necessary. We provide comprehensive training to all our new Grocery Delivery Specialists.
