Job Description
As a Flight Attendant, you play a crucial role in delivering world-class service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. You will be trained and equipped to handle a variety of situations while offering a pleasant and friendly experience during flights.
Responsibilities
– Perform pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures.
– Greet passengers warmly, assist with seating and stowage of carry-on luggage.
– Provide food and beverage services and sell onboard duty-free items.
– Manage inflight entertainment systems to ensure a pleasant journey.
– Attend to passengers queries or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
– Maintain cabin cleanliness and restock necessary supplies.
– Adhere to all safety and FAA regulations and guidelines.
– Participate in ongoing training and instructional sessions.
Requirements
– Minimum age of 18 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Ability to legally work in the United States.
– Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
– Must be able to reach overhead bins and stand for extended periods.
– Possess a valid passport and flexibility to fly both international and domestic routes.
– Ability to pass a rigorous background check and drug screening.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Education Qualifications
– High School diploma or GED (required).
– Further certifications in hospitality, safety, or languages can be advantageous.
Experience
– No prior experience as a Flight Attendant required.
– Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
