Job Type: Full-Time

### Description:

As a Junior Cabin Crew member at United Airlines, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable travel experience for our passengers. This role serves as an ambassador of our brand, requiring a blend of excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to service. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team, supporting each other to maintain the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

### Responsibilities:

– Welcome passengers on board and direct them to their seats.

– Present emergency equipment and give instructions.

– Monitor cabin frequently for the general safety and comfort of passengers.

– Respond to emergencies and provide necessary first aid.

– Serve meals and refreshments to passengers.

– Sell duty-free goods and advise passengers of any allowance restrictions at their destination.

– Reassure passengers and ensure that they follow safety procedures correctly.

– Provide special attention to certain passengers, such as the elderly or disabled.

– Perform pre-flight duties, such as checking safety equipment and security checks.

### Requirements:

– Minimum age of 18.

– Posses a high school diploma or equivalent.

– Height and physical criteria to be met as per aviation safety regulations.

– Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English. Additional languages are a plus.

– Excellent overall health and fitness; able to pass a medical examination and a background check.

– Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

– A positive, customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.

– Flexibility and willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

### Educational Qualifications:

– High School Diploma or GED is required.

– Further certification in hospitality, travel, tourism, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

### Experience:

– Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is highly beneficial but not required as full training will be provided.
