Your role will be to help customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities

- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
